Resort is beautiful. Plenty of things to do and places to eat. Staff was great, especially in the pool area. Beach is somewhat lacking, although beautiful. Water isn't in a "blue" area and is very rocky below so it made it difficult to wade/swim. I would recommend this place to people who aren't the beach swimming type and prefer to lounge on the beach or prefer the pool.

I think you did a great job with assisting and planning. It was nice that you followed up also. One thing, I would try to include the shuttle arrangements somewhere in the itinerary - if I didn't ask you, I would have no clue where I was supposed to go or what to do.
