I helped my husband George start the business from scratch in 1994. Way back in that day the tickets were written by hand, itineraries were printed in triplicate on alligator paper and airlines paid us a commission for our services. Funny as it sounds, I at my young age embraced the changes that the industry and world had made. Excitingly my black DOS screen got color, AOL email came around and Leisure shopper allowed me to use technology to book packages. Eventually everything I used became automated, to supposedly make our lives easier and to streamline bookings. I have graciously changed with the business to just stay active within the back office.
